For outdoor, I suggest Bangkok Park Lumpini (Neighborhood I). You can check this Bangkok park early in the morning while the sun is not so hot.

So you can get some light morning air and the whole family can have fun doing some leisure stroll, or even join in with the aerobic crowd.
