  Centre Point Sukhumvit 10 (Neighborhood III)

- 680 meters to the Nana SkyTrain Station

- This one also has a neighborhood atmosphere; there is a park right at the entrance of Soi 10.

- The rooms are clean and lots of wood work on cabinets furniture in the living room and kitchen.

- The swimming pool is nice and large about 5x10 meters, (outdoor only)

- The restaurant is under renovation, so I did not see it. Some sections, including part of the lobby are being renovated, and expected to go on-line in August 2007. It should be ready now.

- There is a tuk-tuk (a tricycle van) shuttle to the entrance of the Soi from the building.
