This condo is very close to the Rachadamri Skytrain station, just 5 minutes walk. The building is quite big; it is almost a square shape structure with units on all four sides.

In the middle, you have a large opening for the sun to shine in.

This means everybody has a long balcony in front of the main entrance to each unit; no windows on this side.

You can step out of the door and look down to the ground floor where you have a large swimming pool.

As mentioned in my Neighboorhood I section, Rachadamri is a premier road in Bangkok, so you will find few condo buildings around here; most are solidly built.

I checked out a 2-bedrooms unit here and found it to be acceptable; the price for this unit is very acceptable.

It’s about 78 sq. meter of usable area with paquet floor (fancy word for wooden flooring material).

The living room and the master bedroom are large, the kitchen is OK and the two bathrooms are adequate.

Some concerns;

-There are some condo constructions nearby, so during the day it can be noisy when you have your windows opened.

-Bring bedspreads and pillow cases.
