Rachadaphisek-Rama IX Below Mid Price Apartments Are Located in Neighborhood XII in A Quiet Residential AreaRachadaphisek-Rama IX Below Mid Price Apartments This is a brand new apartment building in the Rachadaphisek-Rama IX area. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the apartment building (closer to 10 minutes through the short cut) from the MRT subway Rama IX station. Also, there is less traffic if you walk through the short cut. A Tuk-Tuk service from the apartment to the Rama IX MRT subway station is available.
This building is situated in a quiet neighborhood (Neighborhood XII). It is close to Fortune Town Shopping Complex (Tesco-Lotus –Rama IX branch). You have plenty of shops in this complex, including IT City and tons of other IT product shops. You are also not too far from Esplanade, a new shopping center of Bangkok. 
The building is nice and very clean. All apartments are of studio style (39 square meters). A home studio start from 13,000 bath, then a premium studio goes for 14,000 baht and an ultra premium studio is at 15,000 baht (see photos). All apartments are nicely decorated with simple modern style furniture. A microwave oven and a refrigerator are provided in the kitchenette. Higher price models have nicer decoration. 
There are adequate parking spaces as well as a tuk-tuk for shuttling tenants to the nearest MRT subway station in a few minutes. Recently, they have just added a fitness center. It's a nice bonus. 
This is a nice place for a budget conscious prospective renter. It is a bit of a stretch to walk to the MRT subway station but you can use the tuk-tuk; it is a one way service from the apartment building to the station.
