Ruamrudee-2-Condos (La Maison Ruamrudee Condo) is in Neighborhood II.

Soi Ruamrrudee 2 is off of the main Soi Ruamrudee and further down from the main Sukhumvit Road entrance, but still within a reasonable walking distance to the Ploenchit BTS SkyTrain. It's also right next door to the Conrad hotel and the All Seasons Place where you have a supermarket right there.

This Soi is quiet, although there is a building construction nearby, but it is almost finished. The construction company seems to abide by the construction code pretty much by keeping the noise to a bare minimum.

Ruamrudee-2-Condos is a nice size condos building; each floor only has 4 units.This really gives you some real privacy.

The receptionist is quite helpful and other staffs are friendly.

There is an outdoor swimming pool here as well.

The unit is bright and roomy. The furniture is modern and comfortable. The kitchen looks compact and convenient with a nice size refrigerator. You also have a regular oven and a microwave oven for your cooking needs.

Above Second Bedroom is spacious and has a nice couch.
