The 2-bedroom unit (about 100 sqm.) is 58,000 baht and the 1-bedroom unit is 35,000 baht. The building has about eight floors. It is well maintined. It is right on the main Soi Ruamrudee and close to the Conrad Hotel. I have checked out the 2-bedrooms unit and it looked clean. The kitchen has modern style appliances. The living room has modern furniture; it also has a clean look. All rooms are rectangular in shape. I did not take some pictures because the host seemed a bit reluctant for me to do so. But you can be sure that this is a place to consider renting if you wish to be near the center of town.
