Soi Sathon 5 Is Filled With Office Buildings And Soi Sathon 7 Has A Nice Condo And Apartments Galore.Neighborhood IX.4.2 - Soi Sathon 5 (Off of South Sathon Rd.), Soi Sathon 7 Sathon 5 (Off of South Sathon Rd.) 
This is a private Soi; it’s filled with office buildings. No condo. On the main Sathon Rd., you have few more high-rise office buildings; there’s an Islamic Bank of Thailand right there. Beyond that, a new condo complex is under construction, and it extends all the way to Soi Sathon 7. 
The entrance may look rather bland, but once you reached Soi Sathon 7 (3rd side street off of Sathon 7), there are nice condo and apartments galore. 
Here, the side street is quiet and clean with plenty of green. 
This is a gem for me. 
Back on main South Sathon Rd., you have more high-rise office buildings; DHL, Sun Microsystems, Price Waterhouse & Coopers, and the Bank of China. Notice the coconut trees on the wide sidewalk. Return to Silom Road S Soi Sathon 5
