You have a UOB office on the right and a hospital on the left with few more office buildings at the end of the Soi., then some townhouses and no condos or apartments. South Sathon Rd. (Corner of Nara Thiwas Rajanagarindra Rd.) 
We’re proceeding east on S. Sathon Rd. At the corner, there’s Empire Tower (office). And, a few more office buildings, you have a decent looking condo. Soi Sathon 13 (Off of S. Sathon Rd.) 
Here you have few condos and an OK apartment. About 200 meters into the Soi, you have Assumption Commercial College, and further down there’s a shot-cut to St. Louis Hospital. This is a tight Soi with flimsy sidewalks, and part of them are also slippery, so walk carefully. I would say that this Soi is toleratable. 
There’s St. Louis Hospital, St. Louis School, and an Apostolic Nunciature Embassy of The Holy See. It’s quite busy around here early in the morning, due to quite a few Catholic schools located here. Tons of students arrive by car, SkyTrain, and even some motor cycle taxis.
No condo on this section of S. Sathon Rd. Soi Sathon 15 
It’s another narrow busy Soi without sidewalks. I did not see anything I like here. Back on S. Sathon Rd 
Next, you have a technology college right on the main road, a Hong Kong Congee & noodle place, a Thai-Chinese Chamber Hall, and a Thai cooking school. 
Right next to the Thai cooking school, you have the Surasak Skytrain Station. Return to Chao Phraya River Soi Sathon 9
