Soi Silom 12 Has A Big Hotel, A Woman Fashion Shop And No CondosNeighborhood X.1 -Soi Silom 12, Soi Sathon 10, Soi Sathon 12 Soi Sathon 11
A big hotel, a woman fashion shop, and a men Tailor are right near the entrance of this Soi; Walk into the Soi you have office buildings and no condos or apartments. Soi Sathon 10 
This is a nice Soi with four lanes (two in and two out); the street is lined up with tall trees on both sides. There are few nice condos here as well as a low cost hotel. You also have quite a few restaurants, an appliance store, a public library, and a kindergarten school. This Soi is fine 
You have quite a few nice office buildings, few nice homes and townhouses, a very nice condo, an art gallery, and a Christian Bible College. 
On the main Sathon Rd., the sidewalk is very nice to walk on; there is a Vietnamese restaurant nearby. This Soi is nice. Soi Sathon 11 
You have lots of shady trees on both sides of the Soi. About 50 meters into the Soi, there is a nice new big condo complex. Then few steps further, a nice looking apartment. And to top it off, few steps down you even have a big home for rent. 
Along the way on both sides of the street, there are plenty of local shops; beauty parlors, noodle places, a coffee shop, a Chinese language school, a gas station, and a photo shop. I can live with this Soi. 
The main Sathon Rd. is not bad either.
