Then once you passed the security checkpoint, you start to see why this is a special place. It is like some nice community development in Boca Raton Florida. It has lots of coconut and other trees, the lawns are well trimmed, and the lakes are filled with clean looking water.
As you are passing each sub section, you would see security guards at the corners, on a bicycle or walking, and keeping an eye on passer by.
You also see a few children’s playground along the way as you proceed deeper into the community. The one thing I definitely like about this place is its quietness. Not too many places in Bangkok you could find quietness and transquillity.
Secondly it is not too difficult to get here, there is an expressway ramp right off the entrance of the community. So, you should take about 25 minutes to get to the center of town from here.
The First HomeThen I got to the home I was supposed to check out. Just by looking at the front yard, I could feel that the inside is going to be nice. This home is roughly 300 sqm. in a 15m. x 40m. plot of land. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room, a study on the second floor. On the first floor, you have a living room, a study an dining room, and a kitchen. You also have a servant quarter on the back. 
The living room looked spacious and homy. The flooring is made of hard wood in a dark brown color. The living room floor is slightly raised to give it more character. There is a study right next to the hallway, and it is a nice size working room (4m. x 3m.). Next, we have a kitchen which is divided into two sections, the back section has a washing machine, and the front section has all the necessary appliances. There are adequate outside lights coming into the kitchen. turn it into The backyard has a servant quarter.

You also have another room or another study extension of the main living room here, which you can turn into a small family room. 
The master bedroom is big and looked comfortable. You can see that this room has large windows which makes it light and bright. 
And the adjacent bathroom features a bath tub in white with a nice pot of plant by the window.
The Second Home This one is larger than the first one; about 350 sqm. and sitting on a large plot, about 18m x 40m. Most rooms here are larger that the first one. This one is also close to the main community road. You can see that it is set back quite a bit to give a spacious front yard. 
You can see that there are ample spaces for 2 cars.Now step into the main living room on the first floor on the left. You have plenty of comfortable chairs here. If Bangkok is a colder place, a fire place would be perfect for this room.
Then on the right side of the main entrance you have this large open space where you could turn into a small living room or a decorative pantry.
Next, we walk pass the front of the kitchen toward the back of the house where you can set a dining table, shoud be able to seat eight persons easily.
Then back to the kitchen, where you would find a rather big kitchen. Here, you can really cook up a storm. You also have plenty of storage spaces here.
Now let’s take a look upstair. We have some spaces here to turn it into a small upstair pantry.
The master bedroom is big enough and the master bath is also roomy.
