Sukhumvit Soi 38 looks Residential And Comfortable

You have a paint shop right on the corner of the entrance with ew more local shops. The side walk about the entrance are a bit dirty but it gets better as you move along. The Soi is comfortably wide.

After 50 meter, there is a construction site for a new condo, and on the opposite side a Thai restaurant-bar-spa called Visage. There is also an international school, Kobato, a local kindergaten, a local international kindergarten, a Fresh Garden hydroponic center, and a British Colonial Antique Shop.

The Norway Embassy is also located here.

You have a few nice condos and large private homes here with enough shady trees. This is a nice residential Soi.

Sukhumvit Soi 31

There is a large condo complex under construction on the left side of the entrance. Fenix Tower, a retail office building is on the right side of the entrance. The Soi is wide with adequate sidewalks.

You have an Indian restaurant, few Italian restaurants, a Korean restaurant, Japanese restaurants, Vietnamese restaurant, Steak & Rib Grill a bookstore, a chocolate bakery, older private homes on various size lots, a local noodle restaurant, a nice coffee shop, and a hotel.

You also have an Asia Herb Association and few condos.

The Soi is generally quiet with low traffic; it’s residential.

Sukhumvit Soi 33

At the entrance you have our friend, Seven Eleven with lots of street vendors on both sides.

Then after 50 meters from the entrance you have a hotel on the left side; beyond that you just have rows and rows of bars, pubs and massage parlors. And beyond that, you have a few condos and serviced apartments.

The sidewalks are somewhat cluttered with street vendors. There are lots of traffics; it’s a shortcut to Petchaburi road.

The Soi has too many bars and pubs; it’s more entertainment than residential living.

A bonus, you have Emporium department store on the opposite side of Sukhumvit main road, opposite the entrance of this Soi. The Prompong BTS SkyTrain Station is right at the entrance.
