Sukhumvit Soi 48_2 (48/2) and Sukhumvit Soi 48/3 do not have suitable condosNeighborhood VIII - Bangkok Sukhumvit Soi 48_2,48/3,Rama IV Rd.and Sukhumvit Rd. Rama IV Rd.(Sukhumvit Rd. Intersection) 
There is a condo complex very close to Sukhumvit Rd. You have mostly businesses on this road in this area. Rama IV Rd. is very difficult to cross at the crosswalk; should use the overpass walkway. The area is quite congested. I am not impressed.The nearest SkyTrain station is Prakanong. Sukhumvit Soi 48/2
On the main Sukhumvit Rd there are few abandon local shops. Beyond that there are lots of busy small local shops (jewelery, sportsware, shop sign maker, etc.). The sidewalk on the main road leaves much to be desired. Let skip this one. The nearest SkyTrain station is Prakanong.
It does not have any condo that I like. You have mostly older local shops.
As we are walking through the main Sukhumvit Rd., we see more and more sections of the older neighborhood with older local shops. The nearest SkyTrain station is Prakanong.Return to Bangkok Sukhumvit 40 Sukhumvit Soi 48_2
