This one looks much better than a few previous Sois in this area; due to you have a Lotus Department store right on the corner of the entrance, and its immediate area is well kept. Early in the morning, senior citizens conduct light exercise on Lotus’s parking lot. The Soi has 4-lanes near Lotus; it’s reasonably clean with wide sidewalks. There’s a new condo construction 50 meters from the entrance; should be ready by 2009.You have quite a few side streets as well with nice private homes.
Further down the Soi, there’s an old local kindergarten, a few low cost condos and apartments, and local shops; printing place, few car repair shops, a box manufacturer.The nearest SkyTrain station is Aonnuch; it’s the final station on this line. Construction to extend this line is going on, and should be ready by 2009. The Soi is OK. For now there is no condo I like. There may be a nice house for rent. It should be better in 2009 when the new condo complex is ready. Sukhumvit Soi 52 
On the right is the back of Lotus department store. On the left is some kind of a warehouse. Down the Soi there ‘s a condo construction; it looks low cost. No suitable condo. Aonnuch is the nearest SkyTrain station.
On the main Sukhumvit Rd., the sidewalk is especially nice near this Soi; it’s like some kind of transformation. There ‘s a Caterpillar tractor dealer here.
However, the Soi itself is very narrow with lot of older homes. There is a local government building and a few business offices. I did not see any anything I like. The nearest SkyTrain station is Aonnuch.

Sukhumvit Soi 56There’s nothing here. There are few hardware stores on the main Sukhumvit Rd. The nearest SkyTrain station is Aonnuch.
