Sukhumvit Soi 58 Is A Nice Surprise! Nice Condos Here.B>Neighborhood VIII- Sukhumvit-Soi-58,69 Sukhumvit Soi 58 Surprise! There is something to talk about here. There is a nice new condo complex (with retail shops) 30 meters from the entrance. On the right side there is a construction supply place, and beyond that a few nice big homes are being built (almost finished). 
Further down, you have lots of nice private homes and townhouses.This Soi is OK and the nearest SkyTrain station is Aonnuch.
Sukhumvit Soi 69There ‘s an old abandon Post Office on the right at the entrance; on the left, you have a Family Mart convenient store. Further down on the left, you have an old construction supply warehouse.
The Soi is narrow and not too clean. There are few barking stray dogs 100 meters from the entrance which make it not to safe to walk through. There are older small private homes here. A new hotel is under construction (done by 2009) near this Soi. I did not see anything I like. Prakanong s the nearest SkyTrain station.
There’s nothing here. There are few hardware stores on the main Sukhumvit Rd. The nearest SkyTrain station is Aonnuch. Return to Bangkok Sukhumvit 40 Sukhumvit Soi 58
