There are quite a bit of activities around Sukhumvit 63 in the last few months. First of all the Nusasiri Condo complex on the opposite corner of Sukhumvit 63 has finished, and most of the condos were sold out.

This condo has three floors of shopping arcade at the bottom. Then above the shopping arcade you have residential condos. This is a very nice place.

Sukhumvit 63 Soi 2 is a nice Soi off of Sukhumvit 63. In this side Soi you also have a new condo project going on. The Apartment complex we are talking about here is in this Soi 2.

The building themselves are a bit old but still well maintained enough. The 2-bedroom unit (about 100 sqm.) seems Ok from a photograph.

When I was there recently, all 2-bedroom units were fully booked, so there were no rooms that I could take a look. The 2-bedroom unit is considered a mid-price apartment. This is off course a furnished apartment.

As for facilities, you have two pools, a tennis court, a fitness center, squash, sauna and a children playground. By the way, pets are allowed here, a rare option in Bangkok.
