Tonson-Mid-Price-Apartments (Neighborhood I) – Soi Tonson

- This Bangkok apartment is a nice mid price apartment; it’s near the Ploenchit BTS SkyTrain station and not too far from Central Department store.

- The building is older but looks well maintained. You cannot beat the location. It smacks right in the middle of Neighborhood I, which mean it’s close to most things.

However, it is best for a stay longer than six months, preferably one year or more.

- As you step into the apartment entrance, you will notice a nice front yard; you have quite a bit of green. On the left hand you will see a large clean looking outdoor pool. You can really enjoy some cooling down here.







- There is also an exercise rooms with some exercise machines. It’s so so.

- It has a nice size living room, a kitchen, a dining area, and two bathrooms.

- The flooring is wooded, which makes it easy to take care of.

- Each floor has only two apartments which gives you plenty of privacy.

Some concerns:

- The second bedroom has no windows; you need to walk to the bathroom in the living room.

- The living room furniture needs minor touch up.

- The wall should be painted when a new tenant moves in.

The host assured me that they do all necessary touch ups before new tenants move in.

So, if all the concerns are taken care of, then I say go for it. I would not mind staying here.
