Witthayu Mid Price Condos Are Right Next To Neighborhood I Near Nai Lert Park Witthayu Mid Price Condos You have a short walk to Pratunam shopping area and a bit of a stretch to Central World. You also have a terrific view from this building. 
You could also walk to the BTS Ploenchit station; it will take 8 minutes, and you have a nice walk passing the Swiss Embassy, the Swissotel Nailert Park, Home Pro and the British Embassy. Check out this 2-bedrooms unit(100 sq. meter). It has a nice wood floor (paquet), a spacious dining room and a bright living room. All rooms have terrific view of Bangkok. You also have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. A bath room next to the living room is quite large, compare to the one in the master bedroom. There is a large swimming pool and a nice fitness center on the second floor. 
Traditionally, this area of town is where everybody set up a meeting at the Swissotel Nai lert Park. Then later on when the SkyTrain arrived, meeting places have been moved to the very center of town near Central Chidlom. However, the Swissotel still retains its charm.
Today from time to time I do attend some conferences there.Right next to the Witthayu road mid price condo, you have a hotel, Adriatic Palace hotel; it looks like a mid price hotel with a spacious lobby; although the lobby decor is a little bit too loud for me. For more information go to
